Meredith brings more than 17 years of experience from complex professional environments within leading organizations in the private and public sectors. Throughout her career, she has supported executive teams and board members in environments where high expectations, responsibility, and constant adaptation are the norm. From the Zuidas to KLM and the government, she has gained firsthand experience of how organizations function, how careers develop, and which choices can make a difference.
DRIVEN BY GROWTH
Drive and the ability to see possibilities also characterize her own development. Meredith has always sought out and created opportunities, taken the initiative, and looked beyond what was immediately obvious. That attitude even took her to New York during her studies. It was an experience that broadened her horizons and showed her what becomes possible when you dare to step outside your comfort zone and actually seize opportunities.
RESILIENCE THAT’S ALSO PERSONAL
But growth doesn’t always follow a straight line. Meredith’s personal life has also shaped how she views ambition and personal growth. As a single mother, she knows what it means to balance professional ambitions with the responsibility of raising a family—all while staying in control of her own path. Challenges and unexpected twists in life have taught her that moving forward sometimes requires resilience, finding a new direction, and daring to build upon a new reality.
Her faith has been an important source of strength and direction in this regard. It was precisely during times when life didn’t go as expected that she learned what resilience truly means: continuing to have faith, getting back up, making choices, and continuing to build on what lies ahead.
FROM EXPERIENCE TO EXPERTISE
This combination of professional experience and life experience strengthened her interest in resilience, personal development, and what people need to move forward. Meredith immersed herself professionally in coaching and completed the post-HBO program “Coach Veerkracht.” Through this, she combines her many years of professional and life experience with coaching knowledge and methodologies.

Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand how talent and ambition can be abundant, while access to networks, role models, knowledge, and opportunities is not a given for everyone.
I’ve often seen women from diverse cultural and social backgrounds searching for their place, underestimating their potential, or failing to take the step they truly wanted to take deep down. Not because they lack ambition, but because direction, visibility, confidence, and access aren’t always a given.
Her Future Academy was founded on that belief.
Drawing on my professional experience, expertise in resilience and coaching, and personal life experiences, I want to help women recognize their potential, position themselves more strongly, and take concrete steps forward.
